Highest Industry Service Levels

Globi has the highest Service Levels in the Web Design Industry. Many of our clients came to us complaining that they could not get hold of their developer, or that their developer took too long to get any work done.

We listened to our clients and have in place the best response times known in the Web Development Community. These are the standard SLA's (Service Level Agreements) with our clients:

• 24 hours or less on Communications. We will return calls and respond to emails within at most 24 hours. During normal office hours we often respond immediately.
• 72 hours or less on Work Requests. If we're doing work for you, then the job will either be complete within 72 hours, or at the very least, you will receive an update every 72 hours. Often, smaller work pieces can even be done immediately on the spot.
