Outsourcing IT Projects

Besides the obvious cost savings, the real advantage of outsourcing IT projects is that your in-house staff can remain business minded instead of having to be technologically minded. Therefore being left to focus on your true core business, instead of wasting their efforts in fringe exercises.

IT projects (such as web development projects) are by definition an outside-of-the-ordinary event from the day to day operations perspective. Every project requires extra manpower and skills, which will generally only be required during the project, and would need to be re-assigned or removed upon project completion.
